This hotel had a stunning view of Lake Ontario from our balcony, allowing us to enjoy quiet mornings with a coffee while taking in the picturesque skyline of Toronto. The restaurant on-site exceeded our expectations with great specials, though the lack of housekeeping was a downside during our stay. Overall, it was a delightful experience with a few areas for improvement.

I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. While check-in was smooth, everything else was a mess. The staff seemed disorganized and was not helpful, turning what should have been a pleasant stay into a stressful situation. The room was lacking basic amenities, which made it uncomfortable, especially for the price we paid. It’s unfortunate, as this place could really shine with some improvements.
